Hi Marlie, I really appreciate your feedback. It was something that I thought about when starting the business about how much of the business I wanted to put on my blog but to be honest, it's only been 3 weeks since we launched and I think I'm allowed to be excited and want to talk about it since it's the biggest thing that's going on in my life right now. The feedback that I've gotten from other readers is that they love it and all the support that I've gotten is amazing. I do understand your point of view as well and I do plan on having less t+j posts in the future, as I'd like for the business to grow on it's own, beyond my blog but for right now, I guess if you can stick through it, I'd appreciate it. If not, I completely understand.

I think you'll also find that in the evolution of my blog as I went from 1,000 readers to 100,000 readers, you just can't get too personal anymore. I either get scared of my safety or I get attacked in comments. It's harder and harder to keep it personal as my blog grows. I do still try to do 3 posts a week that have nothing to do with my business (other than mentioning the items that I wear in my lookbook posts) but my time has been consumed by so many other things that I can't manage to get posts up all the time. I've also essentially given up my career to pursue this dream and in doing so I've had to take on some sponsored posts to make up for the income that I used to make in my career. I hope that you can't blame a girl for wanting to make money on something that she works so hard on.
