I do like the original PS1 satchel though. The Prada Saffiano Lux Tote and the Miu Miu Vitello Caribou are very nice too! The pinks are gorgeous but if you choose this I would go with the caramel/nude one with the zipper that your Nordstroms already has (I like to keep my things as concealed as possible – esp if traveling!). This bag will definitely go with everything without it being black! I think the Miu Miu might be my fav of the bunch because the Prada is just a tad too stiff for my liking and I absolutely love crossbody straps! I don't do much traveling so I'm not sure if the cross body straps would give you an advantage but if you do fill the bag and it is heavy enough, the crossbody straps would hurt your shoulder anyway (whether you just hang it down one shoulder or use it as a crossbody – happens to me sometimes). In conclusion, I think I might be leaning towards the Prada in the caramel/nude for you! Seems like you like you need the structure and I am a huge fan of tan/beige bags which would be very chic and suitable for work purposes!

I think I know which Prada you are talking about! Sooo cute, I never saw that one on sale but I know what you mean. Cute but who knows if 10 years down the line you'll still like it or not. I feel like the executive tote will definitely stay classic.

We most likely spoke to the same SA. I was at Nordstrom in Seattle a few months ago and I spoke to someone about the Saffiano executive tote (red). She mentioned it was her "last one" (ah, the joys of sales) and I kept holding the bag against my jeans and loving the way it looked and felt. I wanted to justify the purchase by saying that it would be great to carry all my business work/papers/ipad. But at the end of it all, I used the money for another trip to San Francisco. Sigh**

Hey, but I didn't see the hot pink color…toughie toughie… I say get the neutral pink. It will be a neutral color that you can wear with most color palettes.

I also saw this Prada, (can't remember the name) but it was a cross-body bag that was bright pink and black stripes. It was on sale for some reason for about $600 and I was THIS close to getting it but I couldn't help but feel it would be too trendy and not suitable for years to come. c'est la vie!
