Oooh! I'll have to try this. I have instant espresso at home already!! Just needs to find me some choco chips. I think I'm going to sub with dark chocolate (true choco-holic right here).

Oooh yummy. And I had the exact thought process to the cookie scoop. But now I can't think of baking without it! it also keepd your hands clean too! It's probably the simplest invention but it's SOOOOO useful!

thanks for sharing! my go to chocolate chip cookie recipe is the neiman marcus chocolate chip cookies, which has instant expresso ground coffee powder, which i can find in my store in a jar bottle
