Aww Tiff, you look adorably chic in this outfit. I love the mix of stripes and polka dots!! But I especially love the skirt because it's DIY'd.. and by your mother in law, too! So awesome. I have a great relationship with my in laws as well (sames goes for the Pirate), so I'm very thankful for that. 🙂
