If your kiddos are fans as well you know how much of a struggle it can be to organize all of the little pieces and store all of the sets.
Our Barbie organization was non existent and it was a disaster zone until I got a few products that made it a lot easier for all of us.

How to organize barbie dolls and not lose anything!
If you are looking for unique ways to store barbie dolls or any other kinds of dolls that your kids play with, these ideas are functional and give each doll their own space. I love any storage idea that makes for easy clean up and these are it.
Here are a few ideas that I put together to keep my girls dolls organized. Make sure to keep scrolling as there are even some great DIY doll organizer ideas below if you are looking to make something yourself!
Bookshelf Barbie and Doll Organizer
For larger collections, a bookshelf turned display shelf is the best way to keep them on display but still able to easily play with! This is great for larger items, action figures, etc.! If your little ones have a lot of barbie stuff, this really makes a statement and provides a ton of storage space.
We used these floating shelves in my daughter’s room where she keeps all her favorite dolls displayed. Tip: Make sure to save all the pieces to the doll stand that come in the box to easily keep them upright!
Under the Bed Barbie Storage
Under the bed storage is always a good idea in my book! It hides the clutter, doesn’t take up much space and is so simple to do.
All you need are plastic bins or containers to fill up with all of the barbie toys. You could organize each bin per item (clothes, dolls, shoes, etc.) or if you have a smaller collection just put everything in one bin and pull it out when your kids want to play with them.
Caboodle doll organizer
Yes, you read that right, the same caboodles that we used to store our makeup in (except no worries, I bought a new one for this purpose, so it’s not caked in makeup haha!) I find it to be the perfect container for all our little girl toys like dolls, small items, it could even work for lego storage.
What I love about this, is that it’s easy to transport and take with us in the car. She can take it to grandmas house and keep all her dolls together. The compartments are perfect for different size dolls and even for their accessories.
Zipper pouches to keep everything organized
My daughters rotate their toys because they admittedly have way too many. So with their dolls, I store some in these zipper pouches and then we switch them out. These pouches are inexpensive but great quality. They are reusable and can store anything (I even use them for my home office and also for my makeup!)
You can get these in the assorted sizes so I like to keep the dolls in the larger pouches and the clothes/shoes in the smaller ones.
Another great thing about these is that they transport really easily. So if you are headed on vacation and your kids want to bring toys, these pouches are the first thing that I grab. You can pop them into their backpacks but then they when they want to take things out, it’s so easy to just take the pouch out and keep everything organized!
Organizing barbies in Cube storage
If you have cube storage in your playroom or kid’s rooms like we do, here’s how to make them even more organized!
I love this storage container as it’s an easy way to keep things organized but it can be easy to lose things. So here’s the before of one of our cubes.
My daughters would sometimes have to dig through tons of dolls and toys to find the one that they wanted.
And here’s the after! Using the same zipper pouches I can now pull out one pouch at a time for them to either play with or we can easily search for the doll that they are asking for.
Back of the Door Barbie Doll Organizer
A great way to utilize back of the door space in your kids room or play room is to hang the plastic shoe organizers. We already do this with our stuffed animal storage and it’s a great way for other toy storage as well.
They are the perfect pocket size to fit the dolls and you could even include their accessories that match along in the pocket with them. This makes for easy clean up as well!
