3 Steps Before Building a Mom Capsule Wardrobe:

The true key to creating a capsule wardrobe is making sure all pieces are able to mix and match and are truly functional to your way of life. You can create so many different outfits with just the pieces in your closet especially when you add quality pieces to your closet.

Here are 3 steps to take in order to create your own minimalistic wardrobe

#1 – Declutter: Clean out your closet and get rid of/donate any items that you never wear or are really old/worn out

#2 – Determine Your Color Palette: Do you like neutral colors or do you love color? Maybe a bit of both? You’ll want to start with a few base colors.

Determining your go-to color scheme is important when it comes to mixing and matching pieces together, so you will want to be aware of what colors you prefer and having a good balance to incorporate them when styling outfits

#3 – Assess Wardrobe Needs: Do you work in an office or are you a stay at home mom? Are you putting together your fall wardrobe or summer wardrobe? Determine the appropriate types of outfits you need to fit your personal schedule for 1 week, then build from there
