Being pregnant during the summer is easy in the sense that I can just put on a flowy dress and call it a day. During the fall though, it gets a bit more complicated. How to dress your baby bump for fall is something that I’ve been thinking about as I transition my wardrobe for my 3rd trimester.

CASUAL KNITS FOR FALL
The pieces that I bought are not maternity but because of the stretch, they easily fit over my bump. I’m about 30 weeks along here and am very grateful for my belly band so that I can still wear these cute pink jeans that I recently got. I love the color and can’t wait to incorporate them into more outfits for fall.
The tie front top is a great basic that you can pair with jeans and I’d also wear it with a long cardigan and leggings. It’s also super soft so a great piece for everyday wear.

LAYERING FOR FALL
I love jackets during fall and Moto style jackets are always so cute to layer with. This one is a great relaxed fit and lightweight material so perfect for layering over sweaters and tops. I know for fall we typically think of darker colors but I’m loving the muted pastels for the season, especially as we transition from summer to fall you don’t need to immediately jump into blacks and browns.
Sizing wise I’m wearing a size XS in all the tops and jackets and my normal size 25 in jeans. Even though I’m pregnant I want to be able to buy clothes that I can still wear postpartum so looking for knits with good stretch is the key.
