The Best Small Shops to shop for kids Valentine Gifts

As a huge supporter of small mama owned shops, I especially love shopping small for Valentine’s Day! They have some really unique items for a great valentine’s day gift.

My little one has been learning her letters and I have been wanting to get her a set of resin letters. This Valentine themed resin letter set is perfect! Even though these are great for toddlers, I find that kids of all ages will love them as they can be really creative with them.

Obviously these are interchangeable as my girls love legos and slime as much as they love jewelry and crafts!

Get gifts that will keep them busy! Puzzles and slime area great way to keep them entertained for hours! Tip: I buy these inexpensive vinyl table covers and lay them on the floor for when the kids play with slime. They have to stay on there to play so the slime doesn’t get all over the place but it gives them a bunch of room to play. Bonus: clean up is easy!

Matching pajamas are so cute but what’s even cuter are mommy and me Valentine’s pajamas!

It’s always such a fun surprise for the girls when I can match with them. I just love creating these memories of all the ways we celebrate Valentine’s Day together. Plus, it is so fun to look back through all of our photos from our holiday mornings and remembering these special moments.

How cute are these heart print pjs?! The colors are so fun and they are really great quality. Layla was so excited when she saw these pajamas and I know we will get a ton of use out of them even after Valentine’s Day.

I just love when I can find matching sets that work for both of my girls. I am taking full advantage of them matching (and even matching with me) while I can!

Amazon is my go-to for many things like mommy and me outfits! And you can find a ton of mommy and me pajamas options. Here are some of my favorites. Your little one can even getting matching pajamas for their dolls!

Nordstrom is another store I get a lot of my pajamas from. Prices can be a bit higher, but the quality is always really nice and lasts through many washes. You can find the cutest matching mommy and me slippers too!

Hanna Andersson is always a favorite for matching family pajamas. They usually have new ones for each holiday. Their valentine pajamas have cute heart prints that come in different colors.

In my opinion, they make some of the best quality pajamas for kids! The colors never fade and they never shrink, no matter how many times I wash them! They also have some of the best family holiday pajamas! I get matching pajamas for all of us every year.

Primary is very similar to Hanna Andersson in quality and color, but way more affordable! I get a lot of my girls basics (tees, leggings and pajamas) there and I love their family matching pajamas too!

A few other favorite places for mom and kids pajamas are:

Zulily – Their selection is huge but changes pretty much daily as they have limited time sales. I recommend downloading the Zulily app or checking in on the website daily to make sure you don’t miss out on the good deals!

Nordstrom Rack – They have such great deals! And a huge selection for both women and kids. You can find a lot of great brands that you find at Nordstrom but for a much better price.

Target – truth be told, I’m kind of obsessed with Target’s loungwear sets but they also have a lot of cute pajamas, especially for Valentine’s day. I will say to shop them early though as the women and the kids pajamas sell out fast!

You don’t really need to find exact matching pajama sets, it’s actually more fun to mix and match with your kids! You can find cute Valentine pajamas at all so many of your favorite stores! I just like to keep an eye out on certain patterns or colors and then get them for me and my kids.

I can’t believe Valentine’s Day is almost here! I love decorating our home for holidays and Valentine’s Day is no exception. I have been seeing the cutest Valentine’s Day home decor around so I wanted to share a round up of some cute pieces that are all under $25 and a peak at how I decorated our family room. I also included a couple of FREE printables that you can print and frame in your home or even give as gifts at the bottom of the post so don’t miss it!

If you follow me you know I LOVE pink. I have incorporated the color into our home decor with a pink couch, rug and other accents and it just makes me so happy. When creating these printables for Vday, I knew I wanted to add different shades of pink and really make them festive for the holiday, but truthfully you could even keep these up year round as I think they’d be so cute in an office or little girls room etc.!

When it comes to decorating for holidays I like subtle touches that still fit in with my home decor. A cute gold love sign and lip printed vase blend in with my style and still feel festive.

Valentine’s day is next week and I always love to plan some fun and easy Valentine’s Day crafts for Layla and I to do together to celebrate. It is something that we both enjoy that gets her excited for the holiday and just makes the whole day feel really special. I can’t wait for Edie to be able to join in on the fun! Today I am sharing a few different easy Valentine’s Day crafts ideas that you can do with your kids to help spread the love!

#5 Candy Filled Vase

This last idea is super simple but still so fun and festive. I love candy hearts and they really are so pretty when used to fill a vase full of flowers!
