Lookbook: Daytime Sequins

Don’t ever think that sequins are for night because you can so do sequins during the day!  A little sequin accent like this top is perfect to dress up a jeans and t-shirt kind of day.

This striped tee is a bit more expensive but I love the blue stripes with the gold sequins. I am in love with the Vince Sequin Crop Silk Tee it is absolutely gorgeous!
Madewell Legging Jeans

I’m so in love with the legging jeans, when they went on sale I went and bought a pair in every color and two in the black because I hate it when black jeans get faded.  I also have the Skinny Skinny Jeans but I don’t like them nearly as much, they are just a tad too baggy for skinny jeans.  I get lots of questions on Madewell sizing and how it compares to J Crew.  J Crew definitely runs bigger, I buy XS in J Crew and it still is a bit big on me but the XS at Madewell is a lot more fitted.  Same with J Crew jeans, the 25 runs big on me while the 25 at Madewell is true to size.  Hope that helps for those of you that want to order online, I know it’s hard when you can’t try on the stuff before ordering it.

Christian Louboutin Bianca

As I mentioned in my “Favorite Shoes” vlog, I love the Bianca pumps.  They are fabulous and SUPER tall!  My gray flannel ones are sold out but you can’t go wrong with nude pumps.  If you love the look of the gray flannel, these ones (under $100 and 8% cashback from ebates!) and these ones are great alternatives.

So fabulous!!

I was able to snag a pair of Biancas in black. Even though it's a size 5, I still had to put heel grips in them so my heels don't slide out! I'm still kind of wobbling around b/c they are so high, but I'm hoping to wear them to a few upcoming weddings soon!

Quick question – do you protect the red soles with anything?

OMG your sequin skirt is SOOO CUTE!! love the print.. it reminds me the miu miu sequin pumps and flats that came out last year!
