Forever 21 Polka Dot Blazer – sometimes you just get lucky and find good gems in Forever 21 and this blazer is one of them. It’s my favorite and the quality is pretty good too.
7 for all mankind Josefina Crop Jeans(on sale!) – yes! I finally found my boyfriend jeans… if you remember this post, I was on a quest for a pair and I LOVE these ones. They are really comfy! Also since they looked a little tight on the model, I went one size up. Although they fit baggy in the waist, I like how they fit through the legs at this size. I also ordered these jeans (same style) with less distressing on the legs but I ended up liking all the distressing so returned those.
Miu Miu Pumps – Here as well. Simple black pumps but these are the most comfortable pair I own. Totally worth the investment.
I wasn’t joking when I told you I was crushing on polka dots! And thanks to everyone that entered my polka dot scarf giveaway. The winner is Jasmine Evains! Congrats! I sent you an email so check your inbox 🙂
I’m looking forward to this week but what I’m really looking forward to is in a few weeks, I’ll be in Chicago spending time with my sister and of course my darling nephew! Can’t wait to see him again. While I’m there my sister and I discussed putting together a meet up and so I would LOVE to meet any of my readers & friends who are in Chicago. If you are interested in hanging out with us (we’ll either be doing a fun little party at my sister’s place or drinks at a fab restaurant – haven’t decided yet!) but we would love to meet you! Please email me (tiffany at iamstyle-ish.com) if you are interested and I’ll give you the dates and details.
Top: ASOS – no longer available, cute BCBG top in a pretty blue. This Forever 21 top is a great option for the summer and love all the colors! For $13.80 I think I’ll pick up two colors!
Pants: ASOS Lace Skinny Pants – on sale! These lace pants are gorgeous as well (love that teaberry color) but I haven’t had much luck with ASOS regular sizing pants. They run a bit big so if you are my size, stick with the petite sizing.
Shoes: Gucci Hollywood Pumps (in beige logo) – you can also get the “new hollywood pumps” in black and nude and they look a bit more comfortable because of the small platform in front.
I don’t usually combine posts but with my lack of time I thought I’d share a lookbook and a sale alert all at once! 🙂

I went shopping last night and J Crew had the very popular Blythe Blouse on sale in this pretty yellow color. I had to let you know since it rarely goes on sale and when it does, it sells out really quickly. It’s $59.99 in stores and online it’s still $98! I’m wearing the 0 here but they said U Village has seven size 00’s so head on over there or call them if you want one! I’m headed there tomorrow to get mine.
Also, check out my tips and faves for what to wear to work this summer when the temps are up! You can stay professional yet be cool and comfy at the same time.
This is an outfit from the fall, hence all the leaves around me but it never made it on the blog because I didn’t like it much. I mean, I think it’s a good outfit in concept but the pants didn’t fit me so it just looks bad. BUT… I get a lot of questions on ASOS sizing (I know, it’s a bit crazy!) so I thought I’d post these pants to give you guys an idea of the fit of their regular sizing pants as opposed to their Petite Sizing which you can see a pair on me in this lookbook. (Both are a size 2) They are much too big on me and throughout the day they seemed to stretch even more and by the end of the day were falling around my hips. I could belt it but then it bunched really weird so now these are relegated to the back of my closet and probably won’t be worn unless I can convince my tailor to slim them down for me for not too crazy of a cost. It’s a shame because I love the style and the color and I really wanted them to work. I didn’t think that petite sizing would make much of a difference (my usual take on petite sizing is slightly smaller fit and shorter inseam but not a crazy difference) but I’d say it’s at least a full size and a half bigger so be warned when ordering pants from ASOS. I got to meet up with Jean last night (more on that later!) who is the queen of petite sizing and fits and I was talking to her about how I don’t tend to buy petite sizing in pants because the inseams are always too short for me but for ASOS, petite sizing is definitely the way to go! Just thought I’d share the tip with those of you that always wonder what size to order and if you should get the regular or petite size. 🙂
P.S. I’m on a flats kick and am loving cap toe flats, check out my top picks over on the Smarter blog!
