After all my Christmas shopping was done I took advantage of all the sales and got myself some fun stuff! Wanted to share while they were still online as I love everything I got!

I already have the heart elbow patch sweater but thought I needed the red one for the holidays 🙂 I always need stripes in my closet and love the added detail of the fun shaped elbow patches. It’s funny because I own only a few regular jeans, all my jeans are colored or printed. I
liked these Chevron jeans on the photo online so tried them out. When I got them I was a
bit iffy but after I put them on, I was sold. I like that
it’s a bit more subtle than my other printed jeans and the fit is perfect.

Right now I don’t wear dresses as often as I’d like to. As a nursing mom I’m always trying to figure out what to wear that I can nurse in easily so most dresses are out of the picture. But my husband and I do still try to have date nights without the baby often so that’s when I can pull out my dresses. I love the drop hem and the color of the one on the left and the black and white stripes is too cute, I can layer a sweater over the top to make it look like it’s just a skirt.

The heart sweater is actually a crop sweater which I wasn’t expecting when I ordered it and I’m not usually one for crop anything but it actually is pretty cute with a white tee underneath. The gold LOVE sweater is a new favorite.

Heart Sweater | Love Sweater

Another printed blouse to add to my closet but I do love heart prints so I couldn’t resist. It’s a great top to layer underneath a sweater and just have the collar pop out. The faux leather skirt is really cute on, it kind of flares out. I’m just waiting for the weather to warm up a bit so I can at least wear it out with tights!

It’s always tough to figure out what to wear to during the holidays, so here’s 3 holiday party outfit ideas that are not just your usual holiday party looks.

CHIC AND TRENDY HOLIDAY LOOK

SHOP LOOK 1:

Sometimes you don’t want to wear a dress and what better excuse to wear sequin pants then for the holidays? Aren’t these sequin pants to die for? I love them! And it’s nice to be dressy without always wearing a dress. Pair it with my favorite black pumps and my necklace and I’m set!

GIRLY AND EDGY HOLIDAY LOOK

SHOP LOOK 2:

A tulle skirt is always great for the holiday season! It can be a bit girly, but paired with a pretty camisole and cropped jacket, it’s the perfect combo for a dinner party with your best friends! Don’t forget the pink lips for the perfect holiday pout 🙂

WINTER WHITE AND GOLD HOLIDAY LOOK

And sometimes all you need is a little white dress. It’s pretty much a staple for a holiday party. Other than a red dress of course which you could also swap out with this outfit! I can not believe it’s Thanksgiving already! I know it’s that time of year for everyone to say “this year flew by!” but for me it really felt like it flew by! I totally have to plan my Thanksgiving outfits ahead of time as we usually have more than one Thanksgiving feast and lots of pictures. I want to look cute but comfy too so I thought I’d put together a style guide for me and you! 🙂

I love this pajama like look. A little glammed up pajama wear perhaps? The pants look super comfy and bring on the drawstring so I can loosen it as I eat more throughout the night! And a cozy cardigan is always welcome in my book.

Getting a little dressier but still keeping it real comfy. I’m always a fan of sweater dresses and the over the knee boots not only look great but keep you warm as well. I’ve had my eye on those boots for quite some time, I’m debating if I should get them!

This one is my favorite looks and most likely what I’ll be wearing on Thursday. The sparkle on the collar of the sweater is perfect. As much as I love wearing necklaces, carrying around a baby with a statement necklace isn’t the most ideal situation so I love collars with built in bling. And the rose gold accents are my favorite! How darling are those bow pumps? And they are on sale with an addt’l 25% off!

Huge fan of cozy sweaters. Pair this embroidered one with a skirt and boots and you’re good to go.
4.) Grey Contrast Leather Sleeve Dress
Love this take on a simple sweater dress. The leather sleeves really
updates this look, and it’s the perfect canvas for accessorizing!
5.) Apricot Lace Pleated Chiffon Dress
It’s never too early to start shopping for all the holiday parties. I love the beading at the top of this dress and it’s just so flirty and feminine!
6.) Tweed Shift Dress
Fall fashion is all about layering and this tweed dress is a great foundational piece.
