Happy Thanksgiving!  I’m sure those of you celebrating are stuffing your faces and then preparing to do some relaxing/napping on the couch.  I’ve got my computer ready to do some online shopping 🙂

I went shopping last week (when I went to look at the Designer Pre-Sale) so wanted to share some cute finds at Forever 21 and a little sweater haul!

I went to Forever 21 to find the Sanrio Collection but the one I went to must have sold out quick because there wasn’t much left.  I thought this neon sweater was adorable.  It would be a cute weekend wear sweater with some boyfriend jeans and booties.  I passed since I already ordered a few pieces but still thought it was a cute shirt.  I’m wearing the size Small here and fit is true to size.

I’ve been looking for a long cardigan as I love the longer length.  I fell in love with this hot pink one and you know how I love to inject brights into my outfit so had to get it.  And at under $16 it was a steal!  The material is actually a nice thicker weight so will definitely keep you a lot warmer.  The metallic sweater actually looks a lot more expensive than it really is.  The material and weight of it is thick and the metallic is not too shiny.  It’s a great sweater if you are looking to add a bit of sparkle without being over the top sparkly.

I did a big order with J Crew as I fell in love with so many of their new arrivals.  The Bonjour sweater is from ASOS and it’s super cute.  I’ll warn you though that it is a bit itchy so I’ve been having to wear something underneath. I got all the sweaters in an XS and they all fit true to size.  I love the giant bow and thought this was cute on but it’s a bit itchy so it’s on my “think about it” list.

Same with this heart sweater, a bit itchy but it’s very cute on and I could see myself wearing it a lot so will probably keep it.  I’m always a fan of heart prints!

I’m going to take advantage of the ASOS 20% off code {BLACKFRIDAYBONUS} and get some stuff I’ve been eyeing but didn’t want to pull the trigger full price.  These all come in petite sizing which fits more true to size than their regular sizing which always tends to run big on me.  (In general, I do not wear petite sizing as it never fits me right but ASOS is the one place where I like the petite sizing better.)

Designer Shoe and Handbag Sale

If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you probably already saw that I checked out the designer shoe pre-sale at Nordstrom so wanted to share my picks and also what else is going on sale.  My SA told me the details but I forgot them so the basics that I know is that some of the brands are going on sale 11/23 and some of the brands are going on sale a week later.  They still do not have the list for Chanel and Louboutin but if you go to Nordstrom, they will be able to show you the pre-sale list for the other designers.

My advice to you if you can not get to Nordstrom to do a pre-sale is to stalk them online. Save the links to your bookmarks and on 11/23 click on over to try and catch them on sale!  Oh and the shoes range from 33% – 40% off their regular price.

I also stopped by the handbags department and they were also doing pre-sale.  They had it set up on a few tables so it was easy to see what was on sale.  I think most of the bags are going to be 40% off their regular price.

These two were my picks.  I got the blue Marc Jacobs on pre-sale but not sure about it yet.  I love the Chloe Marcie but since I already have one, I decided not to get it.  It looks a bit blue in this picture but it’s more of an off-black.

These two were also on pre-sale. I love the color.  I think this blue is going to be a big color for the spring.  

If you’ve never done pre-sale before, it just means that they’ll hold the merchandise for you until the actual sale date.  They’ll then charge your card and you can pick it up on or after that date.  So it basically just secures you that you’ll get what you want without battling the crowds.  Most of the time, I still go to the store the day of the store as sometimes my SA can’t find my size of a certain shoe that I like but then it will randomly pop up during the sale date so it’s always good to check!

It’s here! Sanrio x Forever 21

Just a reminder that Sanrio x Forever 21 is online and in stores!  I got the email subscriber preview last night so ordered a few things.  I’m thinking that the store might have more options because some of the stuff I saw in the lookbook was not on the site.  Not sure if I’ll have time to go in store to check it out but if you guys do, let me know! 🙂

I saw this sweater on their blog but it’s not online (unless it already sold out?).  I’m on the hunt for it!  UPDATE: Thanks to ceolab, who found it here!

Their home stuff is so cute, I love how they incorporated Hello Kitty into the design but not in an obvious way.  The pillows don’t go with the decor in my bedroom (and they would get ripped to shreds by my dogs if I left them on the couch) so I won’t be getting any, but I think they are adorable!

B Brian Atwood on Sale

I was browsing the Saks sale and came across all of these B Brian Atwood shoes on sale so wanted to share as after I got my pumps at the Nordstrom anniversary sale, I got lots of questions about fit and comfort of these pumps.

I got mine in my regular size 5, however they run slightly big so I have to wear them with Foot Petals
to make them fit a bit tighter.  They also run narrow.  Comfort wise, I’d give them about a 6 out of 10.  They are a bit stiff and they aren’t the most comfortable but the platform in front does help.  But if you are like me and are okay with a little discomfort, they are really pretty on and I absolutely love the height they give me!  (Mine are also on sale at Nordstrom)

They are a great price now so if you missed them on the anniversary sale, you can get them in these 3 colors.

They also have quite a few pairs of boots on sale.  I’m eyeing these two.  I love the sparkles on the heel of the flat boot!  The cap toe boots look great, however, I have to try them on as knee high boots usually hit me in a weird place because they never account for shorty legs like mine.

These are on sale too! I always try these on when I see them at Nordstrom.  🙂  I love how sparkly they are.  I always say if I was getting married again, these are the shoes that I would be wearing.  They’re even prettier in person, they sparkle so much!
